I started Scaravelli Yoga again on Tuesday. It has been almost a year since I last did yoga. I forgot how good it feels. Scaravelli is a slower relaxing yoga. Its counter-intuitive that such slow work would help me with running but last time I did this class it took a minute off my mile. I also just felt better. I'm really happy to be able to do it again.

Where are you taking it?
I am taking at it the Hurst Rec Center on w/Julie Harper (now Julie Vella).
I am glad you can go back to yoga. You seem happier. That is always a good sign.
